Authorship Changes Policy

Green Publications Services Private Limited follows COPE guidance regarding authorship and contributorship when managing requests for authorship changes.

Requests may include:

  • Addition of an author
  • Removal of an author
  • Change of corresponding author
  • Modification of author order

All authorship change requests must be submitted in writing with a clear justification. Written consent from all listed authors, including those being added or removed, is required before any change is approved.

If consensus among authors cannot be reached, the manuscript or article may be placed on hold until the issue is resolved. In post-publication disputes, the matter may be referred to the authors’ affiliated institutions for investigation.
